    Due to internal growth and progression, we're looking for an experienced Intermediate to Senior Accounts Administrator to join our friendly and collaborative team.

    About the Role:

    We're seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accounts Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of essential financial processes, drive efficiency, and provide valuable support across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles - including invoicing, processing payments, and account reconciliations
    • Support financial reporting and contribute to month-end procedures
    • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and answer financial queries
    • Contribute to process improvements across financial operations
    • Use accounting software and Excel to manage financial data
    • Assist in coordinating admin team workflow and provide support
    • Offer general administrative support to the wider team
    For the right candidate with experience, the role could include payroll responsibilities and support with HR coordination.

    About You:
    • Solid experience in a similar accounts administration role
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
    • High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
    • Proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude
    • Able to work independently and collaborate within a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with franchised motor vehicle dealership systems (DMS) is an advantage
