    Executive Laundry is a locally owned industrial linen hire business, servicing hotels, motels, private hospitals and healthcare facilities across the greater Wellington region. We run a modern, highly automated plant, employ 70-80 staff, and pride ourselves on having a positive, family-driven work culture.
     
    The Role

    We're on the hunt for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Petone. Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of around 60 staff in our factory.
     
    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Keeping Health & Safety front and centre
    • Planning workflow and monitoring production targets
    • Coordinating daily floor activities and delegating tasks
    • Monitoring staff performance and setting clear expectations
    • Working with the General Manager to develop and implement training programmes
    • Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment
    • Rolling up your sleeves and jumping in wherever needed
    What you'll bring:

    The Details

    This is a full-time, day-shift role (generally 7.00am-4.00pm, across 5 days a week).
