  • We're a small, close-knit team that loves what we do, and we're on the lookout for a Customer Service and Warehouse Assistant who's not only a high performer but also brings great energy and a good sense of humour to the mix. If you're someone with emotional intelligence, clear and confident communication skills, a "can do" attitude, and the ability to lift others up, you'll fit right in with us.

    This is full time role with flexible hours, but likely working between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The role is set to commence the second week of January 2026.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Act as the "customer service guru," delivering exceptional support to customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
    • Provide "best in class" service via phone, email, and in person for all order and delivery enquiries.
    • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods promptly and accurately.
    • Prepare and dispatch customer orders with correct documentation and on-time delivery.
    • Book and coordinate freight with local contractors.
    • Carry out general warehousing duties, including stock handling, quality checks, and maintaining branch standards (cleanliness, stock presentation, shelving).
    • Support stocktakes and regular inventory counts.
    • Assist our Commercial Finance Manager, Managing Director and National Sales Manager as required.
    To be successful in this role, you'll have:
    • 2 years' recent customer service experience, with warehousing experience advantageous
    • A valid driver's licence (minimum Restricted).
    • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail (especially with numbers).
    • Confidence working with ERP/CRM systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and follow instructions.
    • Excellent computer skills, including cross-checking data against incoming orders.
    • Physical fitness to handle some heavy lifting (up to 30kg).
    • Strong written and verbal English skills.
    • Willingness to undergo and pass a drug and alcohol test.
    • A genuine interest or knowledge in the electrical trade/parts industry (advantageous).
