    Based on the North Shore of Auckland, we are looking to take on a Project Manager to work with us in a full time role.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage projects from enquiry to delivery, supporting Sales and Design teams.
    • Gather and coordinate all required information to ensure efficient client responses and minimise variations.
    • Oversee project documentation, scheduling tools, and ERP entries for smooth job processing.
    • Plan materials and procurement, ensuring deliveries and production align with DIFOTIS targets.
    • Coordinate priorities across Sales, Design, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics to meet customer delivery expectations.
    • Lead weekly production meetings and update scheduling tools to track progress accurately.
    • Communicate project status and delivery readiness to clients and internal teams.
    • Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and systems to support evolving business needs.
