We are looking for someone who can:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Demonstrate in depth knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles
Able to appraise and price used vehicles
Lead the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover ensuring an outstanding experience at every stage
Achieve sales targets and KPI's by prospecting and leveraging repeat business
Maintain proficiency with DMS systems and follow dealership guidelines
While experience in the motor industry would be an added advantage we will consider experienced applicants from other sales fields.
