And now, thanks to an internal move, we're looking for a dynamic, ambitious Branch Manager to lead our Half Moon Bay and Pakuranga teams into their next chapter of growth.
What you'll be doing:- Inspiring, engaging, and motivating a talented sales team
- Driving branch performance with energy, vision, and accountability
- Championing culture, connection, and sales excellence
- Ensuring smooth operations and REAA compliance
- Bringing new ideas to the table and turning them into action
What we're looking for:- A proven leader with a track record of success in real estate
- Someone who thrives on people leadership as much as performance management
- Ambition, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
- A current Branch Manager's Certificate (or on your way to achieving it)
