    At Hawke's Bay Office Products Depot, we're looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Account Manager to take ownership of a dynamic sales territory. This is not a support role - it's a front-line position for someone who knows how to hunt, engage, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
    • Developing tailored solutions that meet customer needs
    • Negotiating and closing sales with confidence and professionalism
    • Representing a trusted NZ brand with integrity and energy
    What We're Looking For:
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in outbound sales or business development
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
    • Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face client engagement
    • Industry experience in office supplies, hygiene, packaging, furniture, or similar is a plus - but not essential
