    Position Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service / Sales Support superstar to join our friendly team.

    This unique role combines day-to-day customer service with executive support to senior managers, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

    This position is based in Pukekohe and does not allow for remote working.

    Responsibilities:
    • Enter sales orders into NetSuite from customer emails.
    • Approve sales orders from online platforms, including Opmetrix, Shopify, and EDI (SPS Commerce).
    • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate notes in HubSpot for the Sales team.
    • Inbound and outbound calling with customers and stakeholders.
