Huntly Joinery is a household name for producing quality kitchen joinery. From their manufacturing base in Huntly, the team is passionate about producing stunning - custom made kitchens to meet our customers' needs. The company is going through a growth phase, and as a result, we are looking for a qualified cabinet maker/joiner to join the manufacturing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the foreman, this role is an important part of the manufacturing team, and will help to continue the company's growth in the coming years. The role's main focus is on manufacturing kitchen joinery for our wide-ranging list of clients, however other tasks around the factory are sometimes required. Ideally, the candidate will have proven experience in cabinet making/joinery manufacturing. The candidate will possess strong communication skills, as liaising with fellow employees and the foreman is a key part of meeting our deadlines for product delivery. The candidate must also be conversant with all aspects of Health & Safety.
To be considered for the role, the candidate must possess most, if not all of the following criteria:- Cabinet making/joinery experience is essential.
- Proven experience in working with power tools is essential
- Experience in installing kitchens would be highly regarded
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines is essential
On Offer:- A full time role, generally consisting of 45 hours a week, with the opportunity to work over time.
