    We are a family-owned winery & vineyard estate on the picturesque coastline in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. We specialise in producing hand crafted, small batch, fine wines from our three sustainably farmed vineyards. Our stunning cellar door offers wine tasting experiences and our award-winning Cuisine One hatted restaurant serves modern, progressive food unlike any other in the region.

    What we're looking for:
    • A good team leader with a confident and calm, friendly and positive attitude
    • Experience in high-end hospitality operations, and wine retail or cellar door management
    • Someone who wants to make their mark as part of the new success story at Elephant Hill
    • Ability to work with a talented Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exemplary FOH service
    • Exceptional customer care, communication, and interpersonal skills. A professional manner, attentive & responsive at all times
    • Knowledge and a genuine passion for fine food and wine, with a commercial understanding and sales skills
    • A Duty Managers licence would be ideal
    Our Cellar Door & Restaurant is normally open Thursday - Sunday (in summer season) plus some long weekend Mondays, so there will be requirement to work weekends and public holidays.
