    We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our Marketing & Engagement team at Harcourts Cooper & Co HQ. This role is dedicated to supporting our wider Cooper & Co teams and the communities we're proud to serve.

    The position is diverse - while a large portion involves planning and delivering community focused initiatives, you'll also play a key role in supporting Cooper & Co's major events, activations, and marketing projects across the business.

    You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing & Engagement and be part of a dynamic, fun, and energetic team who love what they do.

    About you

    You're an experienced coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're confident juggling multiple projects at once, from creative planning and logistics to execution. You'll also have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people - from agents and suppliers to community partners and event attendees.

    To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
    • Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or project support ideally for several years or more
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
    • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
    • Creativity and initiative in event planning, sponsorship, and marketing opportunities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Canva, or Adobe
    • Social media content and video skills an advantage
    • Barista or hospitality experience an advantage (for Coffee&Cone activations)
    • Experience supervising casual staff or volunteers
    • Availability to work on weekends, especially during our Summer periods
    • Full Drivers Licence
    Key responsibilities:
    • Support and deliver community and Cooper & Co events - from planning to execution and pack-down
    • Manage event logistics including our mobile Coffee&Cone service including managing bookings, rostering and equipment
    • Coordinate and collate event assets - signage, prizes, run sheets, promotional material
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion, design, and communications
    • Maintain financial records for sponsorships, fundraising and invoicing
    • Liaise with agents, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
