We're looking for a reliable and friendly Shop Ambassador to join our team.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll play a key part in both our customer service and day-to-day operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organised, and working as part of a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Respond to emails and online enquiries in a professional manner
- Pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy and well presented
- Maintain a clean, organised retail space and warehouse area
- Price products and update shelf labels as needed
- Process transactions at the front counter
- Support general day-to-day shop operations as required
About You:- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service is helpful - but a great attitude is even more important!
- Friendly, approachable, and willing to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling stock
- Quick learner who enjoys a bit of variety in the day
