    We're looking for a reliable and friendly Shop Ambassador to join our team.

    This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll play a key part in both our customer service and day-to-day operations.
    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organised, and working as part of a small, supportive team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
    • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
    • Respond to emails and online enquiries in a professional manner
    • Pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently
    • Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy and well presented
    • Maintain a clean, organised retail space and warehouse area
    • Price products and update shelf labels as needed
    • Process transactions at the front counter
    • Support general day-to-day shop operations as required
    About You:
    • Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service is helpful - but a great attitude is even more important!
    • Friendly, approachable, and willing to help others
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and time management
    • Comfortable working on your feet and handling stock
    • Quick learner who enjoys a bit of variety in the day
