    About the Role: Junior PA
    You'll work closely with our Property Manager and her existing Senior PA, providing essential support across admin, property operations, and client service.
     
    This role is ideal for someone looking to learn by doing - with a strong team around you, full training provided, and the chance to grow into a Property Manager role over time.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing day-to-day admin and operational support to the Property Manager 
    • Assisting with property marketing, sign placement, and photography coordination
    • Managing tenant enquiries and helping with application processing
    • Attending property inspections and assisting with maintenance follow-up
    • Running errands - such as putting up signs, collecting keys, or delivering documents
    • Handling paperwork, checking for accuracy, and learning compliance requirements
    • Maintaining up-to-date files, records, and database entries
    What You'll Bring:
    • A keen interest in property management
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
    • A proactive, calm, and can-do attitude - you enjoy being busy and learning new things
    • Friendly, polished communication skills
    • Admin or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
    • A full, clean driver's licence
    • A willingness to pitch in and grow into the role
