Pringle Homes is a trusted Christchurch home builder, known for quality workmanship and exceptional client experiences. We're looking for a Pre-Production / Production Manager to join our team and ensure every project is set up for success.
The Role
You'll be the glue between Sales and Project Management - making sure each project flows seamlessly from contract signing to site start, and supporting the team through delivery. From managing compliance and client choices to scheduling trades and checking documentation, you'll make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You'll Do:
Load and set up new jobs in our construction software (Builder Trend)
Manage contracts, council applications, and compliance paperwork
Coordinate pre-council and client meetings
Confirm specifications and client selections
Build and maintain project schedules
Support Project Managers with reporting, snag lists, and site checks
Ensure Health & Safety compliance on all jobs
What You'll Bring:
Experience in residential construction admin or management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects with a sharp eye for detail
Knowledge of NZ building codes and council processes (a bonus)
Builder Trend or similar software experience (preferred)
