Are you ready to take the lead on exciting landscaping projects and see them through from concept to completion?

We're looking for a skilled Landscaper with strong leadership ability to run sites, manage staff, and deliver top-quality results for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead and run landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and concept plans.
- Manage staff on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Adapt schedules, material management, and workflows to keep projects running smoothly.
- Solve problems on the spot - knowing when conditions mean a design needs adjusting.
- Carry out both soft landscaping (planting, lawn care, irrigation, pruning) and hard landscaping (paving, decking, fencing, retaining walls, concreting, drainage).
- Operate and maintain a range of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Represent Busy Lizzy professionally with clients and ensure great customer experiences.
What You'll Bring:- 4+ years' experience in landscaping (hard and soft).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage small teams.
- Level 3+ Landscape construction and Horticulture (preferred).
- Full NZ driver's license (manual/auto) and ability to drive a digger
- Excellent plant knowledge and practical construction skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients.
- High physical fitness and commitment to health & safety.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eye for detail.
