We are on the hunt for a Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high energy team.

Southern Motor Group has been in business in Dunedin for 50+ years and we proudly represent Audi, VW, Skoda, Subaru, Haval, GWM, Omoda, Jaecoo brands and have an extensive used vehicle yard.
This is a full time role including Saturdays and as our F&I Business Manager you will play a key role in delivering finance and insurance solutions to our valued customers. You will work with the sales team to offer tailored financial packages, ensure compliance with lending guidelines and provide a seamless end to end customer experience.
Key responsibilities:- Offer finance and insurance products to customers purchasing vehicles
- Process loan applications through our finance providers
- Sell F&I products such as warranties, gap insurance and protection plans
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant financial and legal regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly F&I targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
Ideally you will bring:- Previous experience in a Finance & Insurance or Business Manager role in the automotive industry
- Sound knowledge of motor vehicle financing and insurance processes
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet KPi's
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Great communication skills
- Confident in working across numerous lender platforms
- Full understanding of CCCFA and AML requirements
