We currently have a part-time fixed-term opportunity available for a Team Assistant - Fragrance & Retail to join our Waipukurau team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help bring our products to life and ensure they're packed and presented with the care our customers expect.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Assisting with the production of our products - full training provided, following our established processes to ensure consistent quality
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care, ensuring they meet our daily shipping deadlines
- Assisting in our boutique retail store when required
- Supporting increased production demand during busy periods, especially in the lead-up to Christmas
- General warehouse and stock management tasks, which may involve some lifting and ladder use
We are looking for someone who:- Has a bubbly personality and previous customer service or retail experience
- Is physically fit and comfortable with lifting and working at heights
- Has great attention to detail and enjoys working efficiently and accurately
- Is reliable and able to follow structured processes
- Has confident computer skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Can be flexible with hours, especially during busy seasonal periods

Details:- Fixed-term contract: 6 October 2025 - 30 January 2026
- Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 2:30pm, plus alternating Saturdays (9am - 1pm)
- Pay rate: $25 per hour
- Location: Right in the heart of Waipukurau, near the Pharmacy
