  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our dynamic team. We are a leading provider of innovative exhibition and display solutions and promotional products, with a reputation for excellence.     We are looking for someone who is energetic, organised, outgoing, and a quick learner, with the desire to gain exceptional project management and relationship-building skills. This role would suit someone looking for a new opportunity with the potential to grow into a more senior Account Manager.

    As a sales executive you will be responsible for taking inbound inquiries, help with answering the phones and client inquiries face to face. Working alongside the Business development manager to nurture and grow important client relationships. You will also add valuable support to other members of the sales team. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service to maximise client satisfaction and revenue generation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of projects and timely delivery of products and services.
    • Resolve any customer issues or concerns, acting as a liaison between the BDM, clients and internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
    • Build and cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potentially new key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
    • Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within both new and existing clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively address client needs and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Provide accurate reports to Sales manager, highlighting key account performance and growth potential.
    • Help when required to the Sales / Operations Manager with supplier relationships and ordering of required stock
    • Generating estimates, sales orders and purchase orders using our CRM system
    Requirements:
    • Some previous experience in sales, customer service, project management, or sales administration
    • Some success in growing key accounts and achieving sales targets is ideal
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Not a prerequisite but some exposure to the display and exhibition industry or related fields like events, signage, print, promotional products, or marketing/branding agencies would be great!
    • CRM software and sales management tools exposure
    • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
