    An opportunity has recently become available for a part time Administration and Recycling Support Coordinator to join our friendly and fun team based in Waiuku.

    Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Providing administrative support to the team, e.g. data entry and management of the recycle inbox.
    • Coordinating the distribution and tracking of soft plastic courier bags.
    • Liaising with internal departments such as Operations and Logistics to support smooth communication and service delivery.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Maintaining and updating customer databases, contact lists, and records if required.
    • Assisting in event coordination and preparation.
    • Supporting stock count accuracy and inventory management.
    • Building and strengthening customer relationships through exceptional service.
    • Triaging and redirecting customer enquiries to the appropriate internal channels
    To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Experience with Xero software an advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Canva, Mailchimp
    • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • An interest in sales processes and customer relationship management.
    This is a part time position working 9:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
