Our experience in the campervan rental game through Mad Campers has led us to launch Mad RV - a retail business passionate about delivering high quality and innovative Adventure products to the market.
We're currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Consultant to organise our sales and marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to help the business narrate our story, connect with the market and establish market leading processes.
Key responsibilities:- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, marketing communications and PR activities, both external and internal in line with deadlines
- Work consistently to develop Company brand and image
- Use networking skills engage stakeholders, build and maintain profitable relationships with stakeholders and develop existing relationships
- Support other areas of the business in their strategic and operational goals through marketing and communications awareness
- Conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
- Photography and video
We're looking for a strategic thinker with proficient knowledge in everyday sales and marketing activities. You'll be an excellent communicator, with lots of enthusiasm, ready to make a difference. This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate and high energy individual, looking to further develop their sales and marketing skills within a dynamic industry.
Our successful applicant will:- Have proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role
- A qualification in marketing, communications, business or relevant field will be a bonus but not essential
- Have knowledge of data analysis, market research, marketing principles and best practices
- Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated and committed to continuos improvement
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels
- Willing to assist and support others and work well in a team
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Confident, professional, and positive approach
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Hold a valid drivers licence
