At Browns Bay Medical Centre, our focus is on providing the highest quality of personalised care to our patients.
We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our busy medical practice.
This role covers everything from finances and HR to operations, quality & compliance, ensuring our patients and team receive the very best support.
About You:- Strong leadership, organisational & IT skills.
- Proven financial and HR management experience.
- Knowledge of NZ primary care systems, funding & Cornerstone accreditation.
If you're a motivated Manager who enjoys variety and making a real difference in the community, we'd love to hear from you.
To be considered you'll need to have at least 1 year Management experience, preferably within a Healthcare & Medical environment.
This is a part time opportunity working a minimum of 24 hours per week, however this is negotiable for the right candidate. A competitive hourly rate is on offer aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the team.
