  • Extreme Plumbing and Gas is a locally owned and operated business providing high-quality plumbing and gasfitting services across Auckland's North Shore and beyond.

    Thanks to continued growth and a steady pipeline of projects, we're looking for a part-time Office Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in being the engine room of a busy, productive team. You'll be communicating regularly with our small but capable team, supporting a positive, professional environment, and helping the business continue to improve and grow.

    Key responsibilities will include:
    • Managing accounts payable and receivable
    • Completing bank reconciliations
    • Preparing reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Maintaining internal systems and documentation
    • Supporting health and safety practices
    • Assisting with onboarding new team members
    • Using job management software and tools like Xero confidently
    • Demonstrating a strong general comfort with technology
    We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trade or construction environment. You'll be organised, proactive, and confident communicating with a range of people - from team members on-site to clients and suppliers. Strong attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once will be essential.
