About the role:
In this role, you will be based at the front desk of our office, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, clients and our team.
Your primary functions will include supporting marketing and administration efforts, ensuring compliance with brand processes and standards, while delivering exceptional customer service to all who walk through our doors.
Key responsibilities:- Manage property marketing campaigns from listing, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the process
- Provide efficient organisation of property listings and agency agreements
- Proofreading, creating, and uploading property information across relevant platforms and databases
- Assisting with open home packs, vendor reports, AML requests, and general administration
- Supporting office operations including supplies, IT assistance, and system/database management

- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous administrative experience with computer proficiency.
