Position Overview:
We're looking for a highly motivated Industrial Manager to lead our Industrial team and oversee electrical operations across a range of exciting projects and client sites.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the industrial electrical team.
- Ensure the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems within the industrial environment.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation and project completion.
- Lead, train, and mentor electrical staff to enhance their skills and promote career development.
- Stay up to date with the latest electrical technologies and best practices.
- Join the on-call team
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Electrical Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Registered NZ Electrical license
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Understanding of PLC controls and the ability to program would be advantageous
