    We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on team member to join our Garden Supplies and Bulk Bin Yard in Christchurch.

    This is a part-time role perfect for someone with a bright, customer-focused attitude and ideally some retail or sales experience. You'll be helping customers with their garden supply needs, managing product in the yard, and potentially assisting with deliveries - so being practical, proactive, and physically fit is key.

    Initially you'll be working 20 hours per week, Friday, Saturday and Monday with potential to increase your hours.

    Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Help customers with product selection, advice, and service
    • Operate yard equipment (loader/forklift - training provided)
    • Keep the yard tidy, stocked, and running smoothly
    • Support deliveries (Class 2 licence a bonus, not essential)
    • Process sales and help customers with orders
    To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
    • Sales or customer service experience (garden or hardware retail a bonus)
    • A friendly, positive personality and willingness to help
    • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
    • Forklift and/or Class 2 licence a big plus - or willing to learn
    • A team player who enjoys physical work and being active
