We're expanding - and we want you to lead the charge.
South Auckland Motors is launching a brand-new Used Vehicle operation at our Botany site, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Used Vehicle Sales & Finance Manager to take the reins.
This is a rare opportunity to build a used car department from scratch, backed by one of Auckland's most established dealership groups.
You'll be the driving force behind the success of our new Botany-based used vehicle yard. In this dual-role position, you'll be responsible for:- Selling vehicles and managing the end-to-end sales process
- Writing finance and insurance deals, ensuring compliance and profitability
- Managing stock, minimising aged units, and building supplier relationships
- Building and mentoring a sales team as the department grows
- Upholding a high standard of presentation and customer experience
You'll work closely with the Group Used Vehicle Sales Manager to establish and grow this new operation from day one.
We're after someone who's hands-on, commercially driven, and ready to make things happen. You'll bring:- Proven experience in used vehicle sales and F&I (finance and insurance)
- A strong grasp of gross performance, stock control, and customer service
- A team-player mindset with the ability to lead and develop others
- High attention to detail and personal presentation standards
- Solid knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and digital marketing channels
