    We're currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our Te Awamutu branch full-time.

    What the role involves:
    • Front-line customer service - booking jobs, answering phones, and keeping things running smoothly.
    • Coordinating daily workloads for our workshop team.
    • Processing insurance claims and liaising with customers.
    • Identifying and ordering the right windscreens for vehicles and machinery.
    • Quoting, invoicing, and charging jobs using the Novus management system & Xero.
    • Daily reconciliation of EFTPOS and cash transactions.
    • Leading Health & Safety meetings and helping ensure a safe work environment.
    What we're looking for:
    • A good understanding of vehicles and machinery - basic mechanical knowledge is a bonus.
    • Great communication skills - confident on the phone and in person.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.
    • A knack for organisation and time management.
    • Accuracy with data entry and basic admin / account management.
    • Experience with Xero is helpful (but not essential - we'll train the right person).
    • Most importantly: a can-do attitude, a sense of humour, and a genuine desire to help people.
