We're currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our Te Awamutu branch full-time.
What the role involves:- Front-line customer service - booking jobs, answering phones, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Coordinating daily workloads for our workshop team.
- Processing insurance claims and liaising with customers.
- Identifying and ordering the right windscreens for vehicles and machinery.
- Quoting, invoicing, and charging jobs using the Novus management system & Xero.
- Daily reconciliation of EFTPOS and cash transactions.
- Leading Health & Safety meetings and helping ensure a safe work environment.
What we're looking for:- A good understanding of vehicles and machinery - basic mechanical knowledge is a bonus.
- Great communication skills - confident on the phone and in person.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.
- A knack for organisation and time management.
- Accuracy with data entry and basic admin / account management.
- Experience with Xero is helpful (but not essential - we'll train the right person).
- Most importantly: a can-do attitude, a sense of humour, and a genuine desire to help people.
