  • Role Purpose & Impact

    This role exists to ensure our clients are fully supported and consistently achieving the results they need to grow their businesses and in turn, continue their partnership with NZ Digital. As a senior member of the team, this person also plays a pivotal role in agency growth, contributing to leadership, mentoring, and shaping future opportunities.

    We're looking for someone with high EQ, strong marketing acumen, and a strategic mindset, capable of building genuine long-term relationships and delivering commercially meaningful results.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive Growth
      - Deliver quarter-on-quarter improvements for clients by recommending and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
      - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals and agency capabilities.
    • Be the Trusted Advisor
      - Act as the go-to partner for clients, building genuine long-term relationships 
      - Provide proactive recommendations and insights that add measurable value.
    • Shape Plans
      - Create and execute strategic marketing roadmaps tailored to each client's industry, goals, and challenges.
      - Translate complex digital marketing data into clear actions and growth strategies.
    • Lead Collaboration
      - Work closely with internal teams (design, content, dev) to deliver client projects on time, on budget, and on strategy.
      - Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal delivery, ensuring alignment.
    • Deliver Excellence
      - Oversee campaigns end-to-end with attention to detail, ensuring quality across every client touchpoint.
      - Continuously refine processes for better efficiency and results.
    Skills & Experience Required:
    • 3-5 years' agency or marketing experience (digital highly valued).
    • Strong consultative sales skills and business acumen.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building ability.
    • Strategic thinker with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for marketing and eagerness to keep learning.
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Web, Email) with a commercial lens.
