    We're currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Paeroa, with a similar opportunity also available at our Thames branch.

    These are important roles within our office, so we require individuals with previous experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to change and is calm under pressure.

    Your role will be critical to the daily operations, providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales and property management team. You'll also ensure the branch runs smoothly by providing administrative and marketing support.

    We're looking for people with a positive and engaging personality, who are willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing and can manage expectations while going above and beyond to give people what they need when they need it.

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • 1+ years' administration experience
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • High levels of integrity and work ethic
    • Competence in MS Office Suite and social media
    • The ability to learn new software and systems quickly
    • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as they arise
    • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • The ability to take initiative and problem solve when required
    These roles offer plenty of variety; so our ideal candidates will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can do attitude.

    These are full time roles working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. An immediate start is available.
