What You'll Be Doing:- Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the department
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and company processes
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within the team
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience in residential property management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate others
- Fully versed in all legislation relevant to rental property
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, resilient, and professional approach
- A current full driver's licence
