For over 50 years, Herne Bay Medical Centre has been providing Medical and General Practitioner care in the heart of Herne Bay.
We are currently looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team working Wednesday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm. This is a permanent part time role which also requires flexibility to cover leave as needed.
Combined with a genuine interest and care for people, you will be flexible, reliable and most of all, enjoy providing a high standard of customer service to patients.
To be considered you will need at least 2 years experience in a customer service or reception role. Previous Medical Reception experience is ideal but not essential.
Other essential skills and attributes:- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent understanding of patient confidentiality
- Honesty and integrity
- Experience with Medtech Evolution preferred (training available)
You'll enjoy working in a supportive, friendly environment with 5 Doctors, 5 Nurses and 7 administration staff. A competitive hourly rate is on offer (aligned with skills and experience).
