    The Role

    We are seeking a motivated and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team on a full time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the detailed and accurate completion of all accounts administrative tasks. You will own and take control of accounts payable, accounts receivable, AP and AR reconciliations, daily bank statement reconciliations, and maintain and complete accurate records for all tasks.

    This is a fast paced, continually changing industry which requires someone with proven experience to be able to hit the ground running.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Responding to queries and working closely with the business leaders
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Daily payments
    • Vehicle registrations
    • Credit references and account set up
    • Support tasks associated with month-end close
    About You

    To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualities:
    • Proven experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
    • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Professional approach and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
    • Strong time management and organisation skills
    • An eye for attention to detail and accuracy
    • Confident problem solving ability
    • Proficient computer skills and able to pick up new systems
    • Positive, confident and customer focused approach
    Units experience is desirable but not essential.
