About the role!
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Detailer to join the team and lead our grooming team located at our newest branch at Pukekohe Toyota. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who has good people skills, can multitask, works well with peers and can co-ordinate our very valued grooming team.
You'll be responsible for:- Working with the dealership departments in co-ordinating the various functions and duties of our grooming team
- Organising and taking ownership of ordering and management of grooming product supplies and equipment
- Team leadership and training of the grooming team, including ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
- Grooming customer vehicles to a professional high standard
- Ensuring the Branch display vehicles are regularly cleaned to a high standard.
- Assist with vehicle movements maintaining carpark controls to ensure smooth and easy access for our customers
- Apply protective product to interior and exterior of vehicles
- Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area
- Supporting the sales and service teams with general grooming and presentation needs
About you!:- You're physically fit, energetic, and enjoy hands-on work
- Confident and good communication with leading a small team
- Can multitask
- You take pride in delivering top-quality work, with attention to detail
- You're punctual, reliable, and a team player
- You have a full or restricted NZ driver's licence
- Previous grooming or detailing experience is a requirement
- Have prior experience in a team leader or supervisory position.
