We're currently looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our team. In this role you are responsible for providing Sales, Client & Billing support to achieve client satisfaction, internal efficiency and sales targets.
This is a 12 month fixed term position.
Duties will include, but are not limited to
Sales Support:- Quoting and Proposals
- Tool Management
- Agreement Management
- Inventory Management
- Procurement Support
- Business Technology Review Preparation
- Vendor Relationships
- Distributor Relationships
- Sales Orders
- Internal and External Event coordination
Client and Billing Support:- Triaging tickets and responding to client queries on the Finance Board
- Invoice reconciliation & coding
Our ideal candidate will be trusted to hit the ground running, use initiative, and be readily equipped with a wealth of customer service or sales support experience. They will need a background in customer service / sales support, and have experience with ConnectWise Sell and ConnectWise Manage.
The successful candidate will also offer the following:- Well-mannered customer service skills
