  • We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Harcourts Sumner team - part of the multi-award-winning Grenadier Real Estate Group, home to over 280 talented people across our specialist divisions and offices. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in our beautiful seaside Sumner office, with some time spent in our Ferrymead office working alongside another experienced administrator.

    This role is perfect for someone who's proactive, and enjoys being the go-to person in the office - the one everyone trusts to keep things moving, tackle any tech challenge, and handle everything from the big projects to the small.

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Answering general office inquiries and problem-solving on the spot
    • Entering & updating listings on our internal CRM
    • Preparing & processing sales contracts
    • Creating and coordinating marketing collateral
    • Providing administrative support to Sales Consultants
    • Managing the details that ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
    While we'll provide training in our systems, you'll already have proven administration experience, strong initiative, and exceptional tech skills - the kind of person who learns new systems quickly and finds smarter ways to get things done.

    The successful applicant will also possess:
    • Excellent professional presentation
    • A super-positive, can-do attitude
    • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent written and spoken English
