About Us:
Hansens Auto Services is a long standing, family-owned business located in Queenstown's Industrial Place, just five minutes from the centre of town. We are Central Otago's parts and service dealer for Land Rover, Volvo, Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz. We also repair and maintain all cars and 4WD's.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Service Advisor - someone friendly, organised, and customer-focused to help manage bookings, communicate with customers, and support our busy workshop. While mechanical knowledge is helpful, it's not essential - our knowledgeable and supportive team is here to back you up.
This is a key front-line role, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
About You:- Clean NZ Drivers Licence
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working unsupervised and in a team environment
- NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Valid work visa for NZ
