Our customers include over 90% of rest homes plus commercial laundries, hospitals, district health boards, hotels, motels, backpackers, beauticians/spa, hospices & disability providers.
About the role:
This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic direction and will suit someone energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about building long-term relationships. Christchurch based with regular travel of 1 week per month.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Drive growth by meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities.
- Provide direction and support to customer service team.
- Prepare quotes/tenders and regular monthly reports.
- Collaborate with Procurement team to help deliver projects.
- Liaise with Marketing team to produce marketing material.
- Represent BL Stringer at industry conferences and events.
- Maintain and utilise CRM and marketing platforms (Cin7 & HubSpot).
Our successful applicant will:- Have proven track record of achieving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with multiple teams with self-motivation to work independently.
- Be comfortable using software platforms and CRM tools.
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
