    Our customers include over 90% of rest homes plus commercial laundries, hospitals, district health boards, hotels, motels, backpackers, beauticians/spa, hospices & disability providers.

    About the role:

    This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic direction and will suit someone energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about building long-term relationships. Christchurch based with regular travel of 1 week per month.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Drive growth by meeting/exceeding sales targets.
    • Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities.
    • Provide direction and support to customer service team.
    • Prepare quotes/tenders and regular monthly reports.
    • Collaborate with Procurement team to help deliver projects.
    • Liaise with Marketing team to produce marketing material.
    • Represent BL Stringer at industry conferences and events.
    • Maintain and utilise CRM and marketing platforms (Cin7 & HubSpot).
    Our successful applicant will:
    • Have proven track record of achieving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams with self-motivation to work independently.
    • Be comfortable using software platforms and CRM tools.
    • Have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
