We have a position open in the Wellington technical team. The position is Level 2 IT Consultant. The role is about responding to jobs coming through our PSA, and visiting clients. Completing projects, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting on-site issues, keeping clients happy. The ideal candidate would be someone who wants to achieve, contribute towards a positive team culture, aim to solve clients problems in a manner which is satisfying for them and us. The MSP business is varied, and will get anyone across a multitude of industries.
About you:- Looking for a good team culture

- Enjoy talking with clients
- Have experience or training in the IT industry
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem would be ideal
- Enjoy troubleshooting
- Understand what 'excellent customer service' is and be able to demonstrate it

- Professional, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Adaptable and quick to learn new systems
- Possess excellent attention to detail
