Positive Heat Pumps and HVAC is a growing division within our company, launched in March of this year in response to increasing demand for quality heating and cooling solutions. Since our inception, we've experienced steady and consistent growth, driven by a strong focus on workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Due to our expanding workload, we are now looking to bring on an additional Electrician / Air Conditioning Installer to help meet demand.
In this role, you'll be working independently on most jobs, with support available when needed. Electrical work is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:- Install heat pumps and other air conditioning systems, including both indoor and outdoor units, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Carry out all associated electrical work required for HVAC installations, including running power supplies, fitting isolators, and connecting control systems.
- Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure all installations are fully operational and meet compliance requirements.
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and electrical systems as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring all work is performed in a tidy and professional manner.
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with clients, team members, and other trades on-site.
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to installations, servicing, or repairs.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codes of practice.
- Work in with the other business divisions being servicing and projects as required.
We require the candidate to be competent, self-motivated, tech savvy, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. A strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential.
