We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our growing nationwide team in the Capital Equipment industry. We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Driver Training Coordinator & Administrator to help grow our driver training services and support a range of administrative functions.
This will include:- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Driver Training operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at reception.
- Provide general administrative support across multiple departments, including:
- Assisting with workshop administration tasks. - Supporting finance-related processes. - Contributing to sales support activities. Based in our Avalon office, this full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, takes initiative, and enjoys variety in their day.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:- Proven experience in office administration; experience within driver training is a plus.
- Highly adaptable - able to shift priorities and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Booking Rooster and Orion is an advantage.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
