    • At All Heights Limited, we may be a small team - just four of us - but we punch well above our weight. Based near Templeton, Christchurch, we specialise in structural telecommunication engineering, civil build solutions, and also provide support services to builders and mechanical service providers across the South Island.

    We're now looking for a Leading Hand with a solid background in civil construction, carpentry, and light engineering to help us deliver high-quality projects on time, every time.

    This is a hands-on, leadership role where you'll be responsible for:
    • Managing projects and resources on-site
    • Coordinating staff and subcontractors
    • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of works
    • Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
    • Communicating effectively with clients and management
    • Assisting in job planning and logistics before heading to site
    You'll be supported by management but will need to operate with a high level of independence and initiative.

    We're after someone who is:
    • Experienced in small civil construction, carpentry, and/or engineering projects
    • Detail-oriented, observant, and committed to high standards
    • Tech-savvy, comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers for planning and communication
    • Reliable and flexible with work hours and travel - our projects take us across Canterbury and the South Island
    • A team player who can lead by example and foster a positive on-site culture
    • A full driver's licence and a solid work ethic are essential
    • Has strong verbal and written English communication skills
    • A New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
