Grande Motors Limited, a leading motor vehicle dealership in East Tamaki, is looking for a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
As our F&I Business Manager, you will play a key role in delivering finance and insurance solutions to our valued customers. You'll work closely with the sales team to offer tailored financial packages, ensure compliance with lending guidelines, and provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer finance and insurance products to customers purchasing vehicles
- Process loan applications through our panel of finance providers
- Present F&I products such as warranties, gap insurance, and protection plans
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant financial and legal regulations (e.g. CCCFA)
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Meet monthly F&I sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all stages of the sales journey
About You
You will ideally bring:- Previous experience in a Finance & Insurance or Business Manager role in the automotive industry
- Sound knowledge of motor vehicle financing and insurance processes in NZ
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet KPIs
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Great communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence working with CRM systems and lender platforms
- The ability to speak Mandarin
