    This is a new role suitable for someone who has an inherent understanding of what good customer service is.

    As the face of our business, Service Advisors are responsible for supplying our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail.

    Daily duties would include making bookings, invoicing, sales administration, general administration tasks, communicating with the Workshop Foreman to meet our customers' expectations, and keeping our customers informed on all aspects of their experience with us to build long lasting relationships.

    Our ideal candidate for this position would have:
    • Ideally previous automotive experience is preferred, but is not essential
    • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to recognise concerns before they escalate
    • Good computer knowledge
    • Enjoyment in a customer facing role
    • Ability to work with a team and as an individual
    • High level of personal presentation
