We're looking for someone who is wanting to start or further their career in the IT world. This job is key to client happiness. You will be responsible for communicating, recording, and remotely resolving inbound client requests. The ideal candidate would be someone who wants to achieve, contribute towards a positive team culture, aim to solve clients problems in a manner which is satisfying for them and us. The MSP business is varied, and will get anyone across a multitude of industries.

- Have experience or training in the IT industry
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem would be ideal
- Enjoy troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand what 'excellent customer service' is and be able to demonstrate it
- A consummate team-player that can add value to the business operations
- Professional, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Adaptable and quick to learn new systems
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Take pride in your work environment and the work of your teammates
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines as they arise

This role is based in the Wairarapa, and applicants will need to be based here or be willing to relocate.
