We're on the hunt for a creative powerhouse with serious graphic design skills and a flair for marketing to join our buzzing Ray White Takanini and Ray White Karaka branches. You'll be the go-to person for all things visual and creative - from brainstorming bold campaign concepts to producing polished, brand-perfect materials that get noticed.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment and wants to take full ownership of marketing projects - from concept right through to execution. You'll manage our yearly marketing calendar, dream up fresh ways to connect with our community, and keep our branding sharp, modern, and consistent across every platform.
In this role, you will:- Take full ownership of our yearly marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, events, and agent requests are planned and delivered on time.
- Work collaboratively on our social media strategy, bringing fun, fresh, and community-focused ideas to keep our marketing efforts top of the line.
- Creatively direct campaigns from scratch - developing the look, style, tone of voice, and overall concept.
Example: An agent could come to you and say, "I need a full campaign that talks about my previous record-breaking sale" - and you would take full responsibility for the creative direction, producing multiple social media tiles, print materials, and campaign collateral from start to finish. - Produce high-quality creative for both company and agent needs, including billboards, flyers, DLE designs, social media tiles, campaign collateral, corflutes, signs, banners, and more.
- Support internal and community marketing efforts, from seasonal promotions to event collateral for local initiatives.
- Collaborate with platforms such as NZME-OneRoof, RealEstate.co.nz, Trade Me, and NZ Herald/property newspapers, creating materials such as MRECs, print ads, and other campaign assets.
- Maintain and update our WordPress website, YouTube uploads, Google Drive folders, and other marketing systems.
- Communicate and update our agents on seasonal and promotional campaigns across the network.
- Assist with event coordination and community outreach, helping strengthen our brand presence locally.
- Work collaboratively with our People & Platforms Coordinator to ensure all digital presence and marketing channels are up-to-date and optimised.
- Monitor and maintain our online presence, with desirable skills in SEO, Google Analytics, and best practices for digital visibility.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in graphic design with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite - including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop - along with knowledge of Canva being a definite plus. You should have previous marketing experience, ideally with some understanding of the real estate industry, and be confident making decisions and producing high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills are essential, as is a sharp eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials strictly follow brand guidelines. Above all, you'll bring a positive, can-do attitude and thrive working collaboratively within a supportive team.
Experience with community outreach and event coordination will also set you apart.
