    The Role

    We are looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients, structuring finance solutions for vehicles, equipment, machinery, and other essential assets.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Source and secure asset finance deals for clients across various industries.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, clients, and referral partners.
    • Assess client needs and recommend suitable finance solutions.
    • Manage the end-to-end loan application process - from submission through to settlement.
    • Keep up to date with market trends, lender policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent client service.

    About You:
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in asset finance broking.
    • Hold Level 5 qualification in residential, property, and lending (required).
    • Strong understanding of asset finance products (e.g. chattel mortgages, leases, hire purchases).
    • Established relationships with lenders and a proven track record of settled deals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
