  • We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Operations Managers/PA's to join an established, successful and high-performing sales team.

    About Team Angela Saunders: Angela Saunders is a top-performing salesperson within Ray White. Her sales team of four are looking for a well-organised individual to run the admin processes and to assist Angela in running the team and developing/ motivating the salespeople.

    About You:
    This role is suited to someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who adjusts and adapts quickly and can prioritise a busy schedule. Our ideal candidate will be a well-organised, reliable, hardworking individual who is efficient, has plenty of initiative, a good sense of humour and shares our high performance standards.

    About the Role:
    You will ensure everything runs efficiently by providing ongoing sales support, organising advertising and marketing, managing the administration throughout the sales process, and managing the team prospecting processes, allowing the team to focus on what they do best - selling!

    • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate sector or a related field.
    • Skills: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Systems Thinker: Enjoys using and enhancing systems to get the best performance out of a team environment. Likes seeing the Big Picture, but manages the details.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external partners.
    • Technology Proficiency: Competence in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems relevant to the real estate industry.
    • Team Spirit: A collaborative and supportive team player, yet comfortable working independently.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic needs of clients and the real estate market.
    Bonus: You have a background in real estate and a current salesperson's license.
