Cascade NZ is the New Zealand arm of a multinational, leading the world in quality material handling products for lift trucks.
We are looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter / Workshop Assistant to join our small, dedicated team in East Tamaki.
To be successful in this role you will need to be:- Customer focused with professional communication skills
- A team player
- Motivated and organised
- Possess a mechanical aptitude
- Have a forklift licence
- Experience in the forklift industry would be an advantage
Responsibilities Include:- Customer support and enquiries - via email, telephone, and counter sales
- Order entry and processing
- Sales Order and Customer invoicing
- Inventory Management
- Maintaining and further develop relationships with our current customer's parts and service divisions
- Improve and streamline our current procedures in both our parts and warehouse areas
- Assist with equipment remanufacturing, dismantling , repairing , rebuilding, parts , labour and planning
- Preparation of attachments for delivery, new and used
- Microsoft Word & Excel skills
