We're looking for someone who's ready to bring energy, initiative, and great people skills to our Customer Service & Sales Support role in Tauranga.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to communicate clearly, work efficiently, and stay calm under pressure will make all the difference. We're after someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage multiple tasks with ease, and enjoys supporting both customers and teammates throughout the day.
You'll be the connection point between our customers, showroom, and sales team - playing an essential role in keeping things running smoothly and delivering a great customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:- Frontline customer service in-store
- Sales and administration support for our team
- Phone and email support for customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean, tidy and well stock show room.
- Regular cycle counting.
We're looking for someone who:- Brings a positive, can-do attitude to work every day
- Is calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Has great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Can build relationships quickly with customers and colleagues
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Enjoys variety and is happy to pitch in wherever needed
Previous customer service or sales support experience is ideal - but most important is the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
