We're looking for someone who's ready to bring energy, initiative, and great people skills to our Customer Service & Sales Support role in Whangārei.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to communicate clearly, work efficiently, and stay calm under pressure will make all the difference.
We're after someone who thrives on responsibility, can manage multiple tasks with ease, and has the confidence to support both customers and teammates in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be the link between our customers, showroom, and sales team - playing an essential role in keeping everything running smoothly. This role offers plenty of opportunity to take ownership of tasks, show initiative, and grow your skills - especially if you enjoy stepping up, leading by example, and helping others stay on track.
Key responsibilities include:- Frontline customer service in-store
- Sales and administration support for our team
- Phone and email support for customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring our showroom is presented well
We're looking for someone who:- Brings a positive, can-do attitude to work every day
- Is calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
- Has great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Can build relationships quickly with customers and colleagues
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Enjoys a busy, varied role and is happy to pitch in where needed
- Enjoys responsibility and is quick to take initiative
Previous customer service or sales support experience is ideal - but most important is the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to develop.
